Since college in the late 1960's, I have explored many types of photography -- black and white, color slide, travel, nature / landscape, underwater, large format, macro, and portrait. Until 2004, I shot almost exclusively color slides, and since then, my work has become 100% digital.
Photo Galleries included in Shades Of Nature Photography include a little bit of everything, but by in large, you will see both underwater and above water travel images from exotic dive destinations across the globe to numerous scenic areas in the United States.
New Redesigned Web! I have incorporated Slideshow Pro for the home page slide show and for each gallery. You can also link to any page from any page with the new navigation system (http://www.stunicholls.com). In the galleries, featuring many new images for the first time, a photo title and caption can be viewed by rolling the cursor over the image. You can also stop the slide show and view invididual images in any order. I have also incorporated blog software from b2evolution, so be sure to explore the link at the bottom left side.
Costa Rica travel images from 2004 and 2005, taken by both Sandy and me, are featured here on the home page. These images offer a glimpse of a beautiful country in Central America. A travel blog set up for our third trip to Costa Rica in late April provides additional detail about our first two trips, and will keep anyone who may be interested well-informed about our third trip.
